All refund requests will be examined closely on a case-by-case basis and determined if a refund is available. Refunds are given at the sole discretion of My Property Manager Pro and it’s affiliates.
My Property Manager Pro offers a six (6) month warranty on labor, service, and parts provided by My Property Manager Pro begining from the date the service was rendered and/or date of the invoice. Customer must notify My Property Manager Pro immediately in writing if there is an issue with whole or part of the services performed. My Property Manager Pro must be allowed a reasonable about of time to rectify the problem before requesting a refund or withholding final payment. If arrangements to complete the warranty repair work cannot be made between My Property Manager Pro and the customer within the 6 month warranty period, due to the fault of customer schedule restraints, customer traveling, or other customer scheduling issues, the warranty will no longer be effective. A delay of this nature will also void the customer from making any further or future damage claims due to scheduling negligence.
The warranty is no longer effective on labor, service or installed materials, if the materials, (part or whole), were provided by the customer.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
